Insurance Statement
It is our true intent to be completely transparent about the cost of care at Giving Nature Center. If you find any portion of section unclear please take the opportunity to discuss your concerns prior to receiving care.
We will accept most insurance for chiropractic and medical services provided it has out-of-network benefits. We do not participate in-network with insurance companies, so unfortunately HMOs cannot be used at Giving Nature Center. Insurance policies vary greatly, as such we would be happy to verify any insurance policy to determine if it can be used at our center. If your plan has a deductible, do not be discouraged, as we have a number of payment options to make that easier for you. Sorry, but we do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
We do not accept assignment for acupuncture services, however we are more than happy to provide you with a federally recognized insurance claim form (HCFA 1500) which you may submit to your insurance carrier to claim your out-of-network benefit. At the request of your insurance company, Giving Nature Center will provide clinical justification and/or treatment notes.
Fees
Acupuncture
Initial Evaluation & Treatment: $150
60-75 minutes
During your initial acupuncture appointment a comprehensive traditional Chinese Medicine health evaluation is conducted followed by an Acupuncture Treatment
Ongoing Treatments
Comprehensive Acupuncture: $120
Up to 90 minutes
Including a more in-depth interview an extended treatment is performed with special attention paid to multiple areas of concern, often two-sided treatment is performed.
Extended Acupuncture: $90
Up to 60 minutes
Private single-side treatment focused on several issues, often utilizing such techniques as cupping, tui na, moxibustion and gua sha.
Basic Acupuncture: $60
30 minutes
Traditional private treatment focused on one primary issue.
Cosmetic Acupuncture
Initial Evaluation and Treatment: $200-$250
75-90 minutes
Individualized treatments may include a varying combination of face and body acupuncture, Chinese herbs, facial massage, and masks. Optimal results require 10 – 15 treatments.
Ongoing Treatment: $150-$200
60-75 minutes
10 Treatments $1350-$1800

Seasonal Attunement
Single Treatment $110

The BodyTalk System
Initial Intake & Session: $150
60-75 minutes
During your initial BodyTalk session a comprehensive intake including you health history, goals, objectives and concerns will be taken and discussed with the practitioner followed by a BodyTalk session.
Ongoing Sessions: $125
45 minutes
During these sessions, the practitioner will work on balancing areas that your body needs to optimize both specific problem areas and your overall physical, emotional and mental health and well-being.
Breakthrough System
Breakthrough Session: $150
75 minutes

Cancellation Policy
We urge you to keep every appointment, as consistent treatment provides optimal benefit. In the event you need to cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Monday appointments must be canceled by 5:00 Friday evening. Patients who cancel without proper notice or fail to show for a scheduled appointment will be responsible for the entire appointment fee. Late arrival may result in a shortened appointment. Arrival more than 15 minutes after the time of your scheduled appointment may be considered a missed appointment
