Insurance

We will accept most insurance for services provided the plan has out-of-network benefits.

Insurance policies vary greatly; in light of this we would be happy to verify any insurance policy to determine if it can be used at our center. If your plan has a deductible, do not be discouraged, as we have a number of payment options to make that easier for you. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid at this time.

For all services, we are more than happy to provide you with a federally recognized insurance claim form (HCFA 1500) which you may submit to your insurance carrier to claim your out-of-network benefits. At the request of your insurance company, Giving Nature Center will provide clinical justification and/or treatment notes.

Acupuncture

At Giving Nature Center, Western Style Acupuncture is provided by exceptional professionals using a whole-body approach, addressing your individual needs. Treatments may include the use of gua sha, tuina, moxibustion, electro-stimulation and cupping to produce specific enhancements to health and wellness.

Initial Evaluation & Treatment 60-75 minutes

During your initial acupuncture appointment a comprehensive traditional Chinese Medicine health evaluation is conducted followed by an Acupuncture Treatment

Smoking Cessation

We participate in-network for acupuncture with several providers. For other plans we will provide all paperwork required to claim your out-of-network benefits. Please inquire if you would like us to verify your acupuncture insurance benefits.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic care is often covered by primary health insurance. Please feel free to provide us with your insurance information for a complete assessment of your benefits.

Massage Treatments

Herbal Therapy

Chinese herbal medicine is a comprehensive form of treatment that can effectively address a wide variety of conditions. It has a long clinical history of treating acute and chronic conditions.

Herbs are available at an additional charge. Herbal medicine is relatively inexpensive and very cost effective. It can be used as a stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with acupuncture therapy. Herbs may be administered as a tea, or in pills, powders or capsules.

Jin Shin Jyutsu®

Jin Shin Jyutsu® sessions last approximately one hour with the client lying fully clothed, on his or her back on a padded table. Each session is customized and based on pulse listening, body reading, and client requests.
